(please note that this page is curently under construction - here you can find a selection of pictures of the summer house in the marches in italy that my sisters Freya, Fee and I have inhereted from our father Andreas von Hase a few years back)

welcome to the marches in italy

and welcome to monterolo near pergola
finaly welcome to casa di papo

a small house in the woods and hills

with a wonderful outdoor area under the roof and under the oak trees

as well as a luminous living room and kitchen indoors
including a long wooden dining table and a day bed

a bedroon with a double bed with two smaller guest beds on wheels underneath

a foldable writing desk or shelv for home work or storage

a kitchen island with gas and electric stoves

even an open fire place for the wintertime

between the bedroom and living room there is a small bath room with an open shower

on the wooden terrace there is an integrated bathtub for cold baths in the summer

for the laundery there is a space out the back as well

on the bedroom side in the west there is another terrace for the evening sun

the house is souronded by wonderful colours, lights and shadows throughout the day

or darkness mixed with starlights at night

the sun rises over monterolo are phenomenal - on the horizon on the left you can see monte conero

also the sunsets are truly magic

the entire area is very peacefull and rural

it is amazing to see when the colours slowely change from season to season

the air changes as well and the different smells it brings are unforgetable

of course the temprature can get frosty too in the winter time

even though the sun might not always be shining through, the reflections of light can still be rather bright

even at night the moon can throw it’s cold shadows
whilst the sun brings back warm rays and shadows the next day

casa di papo is a holy place and we wish to share with it with our friends and families ...

we are freya, fee and philipp (from top to bottom)

this is andreas (aka papo) on the beach in marotta on a stormy day

the ‘spaggia libera’ in marotta is 4o min drive from the house
in the area you can find spectactular sites such as gola di furlo

the bays and beaches near ancona such as spaggia mezzavale

or these fascinating caves - grotte di frasassi

the list goes on with monte catria near frontone
