a pebble is usually a small stone made smooth and round by continuous action of water and sand
in this case pebble is made of walnut wood made smooth by continuous action of grinder and hand
the pebble chair is not only a tranformer chair with double function, it is also a flat-packable furniture that can be easly assembled with a simple locking disk

the chairs legs and arm are made from bent stainless steel pipes while the centre hub is milled out of aluminium
